Egy K. Sossou – Country Representative / Associate expert / Chief of mission (Land Reform to accelerate Agricultural Productivity (LRAP))

As VNG International's Country Representative in Togo, I am responsible for the national coordination of the agency's interventions. I work as the Head of Mission for the Technical Assistance to the Land Reform to Accelerate Agricultural Productivity Project (LRAP) of the Millennium Challenge Account-Togo Implementing Agency (OMCA-Togo). I am an Associate Expert of VNG International, a senior specialist in decentralization and public policy with experience in development cooperation in the areas of governance, basic education, rural transport, water and land. My involvement with VNG International goes beyond professional motivations and is also rooted in a permanent quest for moral satisfaction in working for a just and sustainable cause.

Fidèle E. A. Mandje - Head of Administration, Finance and Logistics (Land Reform to accelerate Agricultural Productivity (LRAP))

With a Master’s degree in Finance Management and Control, I have worked as an administrative and financial manager since 2009 in various development projects with diverse NGOs. Passionate about governance and community development, I joined the LRAP team in August 2022 as Head of Administration, Finance and Logistics. Working with VNG International is an opportunity for me to be a change maker for communities.

Valérie S. Yodo - Project Assistant (Land Reform to accelerate Agricultural Productivity (LRAP))

I am an agro-economist by training and hold a master's degree in marketing and economics in aviation science. I have a passion for project management, especially in project monitoring and evaluation.
Prior to joining VNG International in December 2022, I gained monitoring and evaluation experience in international projects such as the Giz ProCIV programme and a USAID funded sustainable development project. The experience gained in international projects allows me to integrate quickly and easily into the LRAP project of VNG International. I am convinced that the development of a country is done through sustainable development aid that contributes to the improvement of the productivity of the population.
