Diversity in culture and yet driving the same agenda and focus 

Uganda is said to be a melting pot of different cultures and traditions and named the most diverse country on earth. True to this assertion is the composition of the Country VNG International team and the global VNG International family. To experience this diversity, one needs to explore the local community set up, the music and dance, the food, community ceremonies and cultural rituals across the over 50 tribes speaking about 40 different languages. The uniqueness of each of the tribes, their cultures, customs, dances and folktales give an even greater blend of how a diversity woven together forms a beautiful whole in the cherished values of a people called Ugandans.
