Bachelors Degree in Psychology and Master Degrees in both International Development and International Relations. Previous professional experience in project acquisition. Field work experience as a student in Vietnam on household resilience to natural disasters and subsequent coping strategies. Currently a part of the West and Central Africa team and working on projects with a thematic focus on both inclusion of people with dissabilities and land tenure and rights in Burundi and Togo.

Working on developmental issues is like building a house; you work your way up and establish strong and sustainable foundations that empower and support the rest of the structure. I believe that strenghtening democratic local governments and institutions is fundamental in realizing inclusive and sustainable communities.
