As VNG International we implement 65+ projects worldwide. In our projects we employ experts on short and long-term assignments. In doing so, we ensure that the best possible expertise is delivered. Our home office staff will effectively assist experts, who can rely on professional backstopping in line with our quality standards. VNG International seeks experts who are passionate about local government and preferably have working experience in the local public sector, in the Netherlands and abroad.

We dispatch experts both for short-term assignments (a few working days up to a few weeks) and for long-term missions (part-time or full-time deployment). Short-term expert missions may include setting up and executing a training, providing advice (written or oral) and monitoring or evaluating projects. Long-term missions usually involve thematic key experts within internationally funded projects and team leaders responsible for the management of our projects in the field.

We are always interested in new experienced professionals who would like to join us in the achievement of our mission. Do you feel committed to local government? Are you a team player, capable of finding creative solutions and client oriented? Do you have good report writing skills in English? These are just a few of the characteristics of the experts we would like to get in touch with.
