CILG is an independent, medium-sized, regional organisation for the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) specialising in local governance and fully owned by VNG International. CILG specialises in governance and local development, and provide consulting services in public policies and strategies for client such as the EU, GIZ, GAC and the Dutch Government. CILG is based in Tunis and activities are spread across the MENA region. CILG is specialised in:
