VNG International also welcomes funding to support the capacity building of local governments affected by natural disasters or recovering from conflict. To facilitate this, VNG International has established a separate fund, managed by an independent foundation: the VNG Fund for Emergency Aid, Reconstruction and Peacebuilding.
