Amira El-Serafy

Amira El-Serafy has a Master degree in Business Administration. Amira has more than 20 years of professional experience as a regional senior expert in the field of Information and Communication Technology for Development (ICT4D), Processes Re-engineering, Public Service Governance and Projects Management in the MENA region. She joined VNG International Egypt in May 2019. She has engaged in several donor-funded projects aimed mainly to support the Governments of Arab Countries in delivering improved public services, implementing the public administration reform and decentralization.

Dr. Mohamed Abdelghany
ISWS Lead Expert Water Utilities
Dr. Mohamed is a seasoned civil engineer and programme management expert with over 18 years of experience in the water and wastewater sector in MENA region. His expertise encompasses utility management, project implementation, procurement, and capacity building, with a strong track record of successfully managing large-scale infrastructure projects funded by international organizations such as the World Bank, EU, USAID, and GIZ.
