Result-oriented programme manager and strategic advisor with over seven years of experience leading complex, donor-funded development programmes, mostly in Eastern Africa (Ethiopia, Kenya, Burundi, Uganda) and currently active in our North Africa and Middle East team. Holds a Bachelor in international relations from the University of Groningen and a Master in Conflict Studies and Human Rights from the University of Utrecht, specializing in humanitarian intervention and migration. Skilled in proposal development, multi-stakeholder coordination, and relationship management with international donors (EU, World Bank, Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs) and local (grassroot) organizations. Overall thematic coordinator for Migration programmes in our Strategic Partnership with the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Uganda, Kenya, Lebanon, Iraq).
