Ms. Anne-Marie Schreven – Country director and team leader
Ms. Anne-Marie Schreven is a development professional with over 25 years’ experience in Asia, Africa and the Caribbean. Her passion is capacity development, change management and leadership. She started her career supporting organizational performance of NGOs but shifted to managing and facilitating reform processes in governments, at national and sub-national levels.
Ms. Mya Thway Naing – Finance manager
Ms. Mya Thway Naing has a Bachelor degree in Commerce and Master’s degree in Development studies from Yangon Institute of Economics, Myanmar. She is responsible for the financial management, administration and logistical supports for the Myanmar team. After cyclone Nargis severely hit to the Delta region in 2008, she realised she is very interested in the community development and decided to join an INGO.

Ms. Aye Myat Su Kyi – Finance officer
Ms. Aye Myat Su Kyi has Bachelor degree in Science from Yadanabon University in Mandalay and diploma in Business Studies from LCCI. In 2017, she joined VNG International Myanmar and as part of the finance department. She has more than 6 years’ experience in financial management and accounting processes, procurement management, logistics management and operations and administration to oversee the daily accounting of project accounts.“Knowledge comes from learning, Wisdom comes from living.”
Ms. Diana Cing Deih Kim – Programme Associate in Logistics & Administration
Ms. Diana has Bachelor degree in Business Administration from Liberal Arts Program and another Bachelor degree in English from Yangon University of Distance Education. She went to Boise State University as a Global UGRAD Exchange Student majoring in business communication and minoring in social work. She has done her own education project in Chin State with YSEALI YOUnified in 2018 & 2019. Diana has nearly four years working experience in office administration, project/ event management and programme implementation. Currently, she takes part in local governance project activities on a day-to-day basis. “Giving up is not an option, it’s a choice.”
