Master’s degrees in International & European law as well as Dutch law with a specialisation in constitutional and administrative law (Université de Montpellier, FR; Radboud University Nijmegen, NL). For her dual thesis, Maxime wrote recommendations for improving European asylum policy and was previously involved in the development of Dutch foreign policy with regard to irregular migration (Netherlands Ministry of Foreign Affairs). She is currently involved in projects in Sub-Saharan Africa and the Middle East.
