VNG International gives advice to local authorities and to institutions related to local government (associations, ministries, training centres, etc.). Most of our advice is provided as part of donor-funded projects. However, increasingly local authorities contract us directly, especially when they need expertise in the areas of European subsidies and municipal international cooperation.
