Besides the country programmes, there are four thematic programmes.  These thematic programmes focus on local waste management, local water management, the municipal approach to HIV/Aids and citizen participation in local governance. The objective of the thematic programmes is to provide opportunities for exchange between various countries on one subject (south – south exchanges), knowledge sharing and product development. All thematic programmes can be downloaded below as PDF. The Logical Frameworks have been revised in the first half of 2007. They can also be downloaded below.
