Dutch municipalities, provinces, water authorities (Waterschappen), drinking water service providers and their umbrella organisations, together with their partner organisation in one of the 12 target countries, are eligible for subsidy.

Project proposals have to fit into either a country or thematic programme framework. Please note that the thematic programmes have a slightly different approach compared with the country programmes.
