The “LOGO South Association Capacity Building programme” (LOGO South ACB) aims to improve the capacities of 12 strategic partner local government associations in four regions: Asia, Central-America, West-Africa and East-Africa. It also offers tailor-made support on a one-activity basis to local government associations in developing countries through the Open Request Fund. The programme is a follow-up of the LOGO South Programme (ACB) 2003-2006 and is funded by the Netherlands Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
