VNG International assists local governments in setting up sound structures and systems for planning, budgeting, financial management, treasury and local taxes. Also we support local governments in engaging in public-private partnerships and efficient engagement with civil society organisations. We invest in  human resources through on-the-job coaching, training and providing exposure.
